It is helps students with and interest in science to pursue a scientific career by helping them discover that interest. There are problems with science education for example many pre collage science classes are taught by teachers who did not major or minor in math or science so as a result classes are often of low quality a often uninteresting. Children are often thought only facts and theory and are and not how to actually do science. Even worst they are often not taught how to critically evaluate scientific claims but to just accept them unquestioned.

A legend is a traditional story of the past that is unverified and thought to be an exaggerated version of a real event or events. Defining the term “myth” is a lot harder than legend because it is often defined based on what one wishes to include and exclude. The fact that it is seen as an untrue claim in popular usage only which only makes it harder to define.

In practical historical usage however myths and legends are accounts of the past that a given historian wishes to discount. Now this is not an official definition but it is a practical one. The fact is that many of these stories could be idealized and culturalized versions of real events. The process of idealization and culturalization could make true stories more fantastic than they real were, This is most likely to occur in cases where there are mutable versions of the same story in different cultures and even more likely when the cultures had little or no contact.

Past Flooding of Meridiani Planum Mars Exploration Rover Opportunity landing site

The scene that welcomed Mars Exploration Rover Opportunity when it landed in the Meridiani Planum region of Mars was strange even by Mars’ standards. When viewed from both a local and global perspective is clearly an area of catastrophic flooding and not long standing sea proposed by JPL because Meridiani Planum forms a clear splatter large zone across the surface of Mars. Further more the rocks show clear evidence of being exposed to and eroded by concentrated sulfuric acid making the environment more like that of a car battery than an habitable sea. The Geology of Mars it’s Catastrophic

What makes Mars amazing is thar contrary to the claims of form JPL is show a clearly catastrophic nature. The Hellas impact basin (the largest on Mars) is on the opposite of Mars from the Tharsis plateau with its massive volcanoes. In fact the center of Hellas is exactly opposite Alba Patera’s caldera, Alba Patera has the largest diameter of all of  Mar’s volcanoes  this implies that the Hellas impact triggered the formation of not only Alba Patera but the other Tharsis volcanoes as well, The ash from their eruptions ultimately forming the Tharsis plateau,

Another smaller impact basin called Argyre seems to have been responsible for ripping open Valles Marineris.  In fact the dominant distribution of craters on Mars suggests that they came largely from the same direction suggesting a short period nearly unidirectional  bombardment rather than a longer period of occasional random impacts.

This shows that Martian geology has a largely catastrophic make up and not a uniformitarian one. Mars is a place

The reason science and religion are often seen as rivals is because establishment science and religion some times have conflicts. The fact is that the Scientific Establishment refuses to allow any consideration of God or the supernatural. They seem to be determined that it is to be science vs religion rather than Science and religion. However when that are allowed to do so science and religion can compliment each other. That fact is that religion can inspire scientific research and science can help the understanding of religion.

Creation Science stands as a good example os this concept in action. Starting with the Bible has produced successfully tested predictions and science has provided useful insight into a number of Biblical passages.

Geology is the science that deals with the study of the Earth but. Space flight has expanded it to include the surfaces of all terrestrial planets. Basic Geology involves studying minerals and rocks. Minerals are the consonants of rocks that consist of natural crystalline solids that have a definite inorganic chemical composition. Rocks are made of minerals. There are three main types of rocks: Igneous, Metamorphic, and Sedimentary.

Geology also involves the interior of Earth which has several layers. The outer most of which is the solid crust which forms the surface on which we live.  According to Plate Tectonics this crust is divided into segments called plates that move slowly over the mantel. Where they interact the results are Earth quakes and volcanoes

Uniformitarianism which was developed by James Hutton in 1785 is dominant paradigm of standard modern geology. It is the core of the evolutionary interpretation of the fossil record holding that all things continue as they were from the beginning of the world in fulfillment of II Peter 3:3-6.

Big Foot a Living Gigantopithecus.

It has called Bigfoot but American Indians known it as Sasquatch, but what ever it is occasional sittings have occurred right up to the present. It is called Bigfoot from the large foot prints the leave behind but based on the description it is most likely a larger ape.

The most famous Bigfoot footage is the Patterson Film. This film was taken by Roger Patterson and Robert Gimlin in 1967 the approximate range to the Bigfoot is about 100 feet. There are those are claims that this film was a hoax bur even if it is; there many other sightings suggesting that Bigfoot could be a real animal. If this film is genuine then it supports the identification of Sasquatch as being a type of large ape. The Yeti of which has been sighted in the Himalayas of Asia. Also known as the abominable snow man; it leaves the same large prints as Sasquatch.

If they are real then what are they? Is there an animal known to science that could account for both groups of sightings? The answer is yes. They are known only by fragmented fossils found in as Asia but they fit the description perfectly. These anumales are a type of large ape called Gigantopithecus. While most of  its fossils are found in Southeast Asia, the possibility that some migration to North America is not impossible. It would stand at 10 feet and would be a prefect match for Bigfoot. So if Bigfoot is real it is most likely a living Gigantopithecus making it a living fossil.
